Sean Mambwere Partnership
Zimbabwe is a landlocked country located on the southern part of Africa, rich with culture and diversity. Like any other country Zimbabwe has its fair share of difficulties that it faces with many young people who are gifted and talented not having platforms and opportunities to dream and explore how gifted and talented they are. Most of the young reside in communities that are under-represented and under-resourced making it difficult for their gifts to be identified, nurtured, trained and equipped to be successful, and add value to their communities to flourish of the country as a whole.
Sean Mambwere knows this all too well as one who comes from such a community like this. His vision which he says is bigger than his circumstances fuels his passion, zeal and that drive to make a difference, set him up to pursue dance and achieve a lot in and for his country. For over 18 years he has made it his mission to create opportunities and platforms for many young people like him who come from communities like his and see their hidden talented identified to succeed.
JMHF has partnered with Sean to bring awareness about his projects and vision to the rest of the world, and to help shape and refine his vision to establish a culture hub centre in Zimbabwe. The outcome will create long lasting impact by creating effective and structured opportunities for the youth in Zimbabwe.
